where it all began

There was a time when everything felt heavier than it needed to.

My mind was busy. My energy was low. Even the smallest things felt like a LOT.

One day I caught myself thinking.. wait, is this really how I’m going to feel every day?

And then I realized.. I didn’t need a perfect plan. I didn’t need to fix my whole life.

I just needed something simple.

So I started walking.

At first, it was just to the end of the street because - honestly, that’s all I could do.

Then a little farther. Then a little more.

And eventually, something started to shift.

My mind got quieter. My body felt lighter. I started to feel like myself again.

That’s how The Healing Mile began.

Not from having it all figured out - but from showing up for myself, one step at a time.

And now, I share these walks so you can feel that shift too.
